    Junior Research Fellowship (JRF):

    The title of research fellow is used to denote a research position at a university or similar institution, usually for academic staff or faculty members. For MBA's such Opportunities are provided in IIMs, Government and University Institutions.

    One can get handsome stipend with TA/DA and HRA. Also most of all the Research work expenses will be covered by the Institute. In addition to this you can get free accommodation in their campus.

    After completing research work.. there are chances to be absorbed by the same Institute. Apart from this other Top B-School ask you to join.

    And for this you require UGC-NET (National Eligibility Test).

    Then, Come and Join NET/ SET Study Center of DAIMSR, Deekshabhoomi, Nagpur and qualify NET.

    So, don't just think that UGC-NET is for Lectureship.. Become a Research Fellow.. do your Research work from top B-Schools..
